We’ll begin with a discovery call to understand your organisation’s needs and see if we’re a good fit. If we’re aligned, we’ll send a proposal and contract. Once contracts are signed and payment is received, we’ll schedule a start-up meeting to plan your support. We’ll clarify your immediate priorities, agree how we’ll work together, and map out the first steps.
Our introductory package provides 5 hours of support to enable new clients to test out our services before committing to more extensive support. It’s a pre-requisite for those seeking ad-hoc hourly assistance and can be used within a month to address immediate health and safety needs, without any long-term commitment.
Our packages are designed to suit different ways of working. Monthly retainers provide set hours each month, giving consistent support and a predictable schedule. Ad-hoc hourly support is available if you need occasional assistance, subject to our availability. For new clients, our introductory package provides a small number of hours to experience how we work together before committing to a longer-term option.
If your needs don’t fit one of our standard packages, we can create a custom package with a set number of hours per month or over a defined period, such as quarterly. This allows us to plan support effectively while keeping schedules balanced and manageable. The right choice will depend on the level of support required, how predictable your workload is, and whether you prefer fixed hours or flexible assistance. We can review this during your discovery call and ensure the package works for you. You can always upgrade or adjust your package in line with our contract terms.
Our monthly retainer packages have a minimum commitment of three months. This ensures there is sufficient opportunity for onboarding, for us to establish a way of working together, and for the appropriate level of support to be assessed.
Upgrades to your package can be arranged at any time, subject to availability, and are formalised through an amended proposal while your original agreement remains in effect. If you only require occasional extra support each month, ad-hoc hours can also be applied, again subject to capacity.
Adjusting to fewer hours is possible once the initial minimum commitment period has been completed. After this period, we can adjust your hours to better suit your evolving needs. Downgrades to service hours will be formalised through an amended proposal while your original agreement remains in effect.
